Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Services

By engaging The Web Corner Inc. for a web development project, code audit, or technical consultation, you agree to these Master Terms. No coding or deployment work commences until a formal Master Service Agreement (MSA) is executed and the initial project retainer is settled.

2. Intellectual Property & Source Code

All preliminary code, staging environments, and database schemas remain the property of The Web Corner Inc. Full ownership of the final production source code and compiled assets is transferred to the client only upon final payment settlement in full.

3. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from development services provided by The Web Corner Inc. shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.
